Water is not just a problem here, I'd say it's a fairly widespread issue.IMO, the biggest downsides to DFW are hot, muggy summers, lack of interesting natural beauty (wish it was hillier), too spread out, and air pollution.

I just saw a video from a Tesla owner that converted their coal power to electricity for his Tesla and calculated the pollution.

This helps establish liability in the event of a future problem with pollution potentially comming from that station.
