(Went from 50's pink/black to white)In a tiny bath a vanity can use up a lot of space.

I had a pink bathtub that I painted white.

My youngest son was either the second or sixth minor in Colorado to receive the pink card years ago.

Here we still have several ugly pink stains that are not going away.

I remember the owners always complaining that they had to repaint every so often and the paint would peel off.I would never paint bricks unless they were pink or orange.

@Muinda Gueston,I agree with some of the other posters about the house itself.While I don't know your area, just looking at the pictures, it looks dark and dated, especially the pink bathroom.My first guess is that you will be getting offers, if any,  well below asking from fix-and-flippers who see what needs to be redone.My $0.02 ...

Post cards, yellow paper, blue paper, pink paper, heavy paper, hand written, photos of their family, photos of their dog, typed, each had a style. 

If, however, the place is neon pink or a color that only 1 in 1,000 would even stop the car and get out at, then who cares about the appraisal specifically, you might want to repaint/reside just to increase foot traffic and make the place sellable / rentable.

This does not mean BRIGHT HOT PINK.
