Yes, you have your nuances and pains that make you work a bit harder for your money in these areas, but each has its own gravitational pull that, even though some hate it, more people are drawn to it, creating a natural scarcity.

Hello Everyone,  I am looking to learn about the top 3-5 problems which OOS investors are worried about or lose their good night sleep on. Being a new OOS investor myself, I would love to learn more from fellow OOSIs....

But aside from that, the marketplace "done for you" deals program is a total lie and I see so many people in there every day that don't realize this at all and it's really painful to watch that.

I want to try and solve a painful problem before the offer. 

If you don't take that seriously the experience can be a painful and expensive one.

I take credit cards, too, which are a bit of a pain and still charge as much as Airbnb does.  

If the burden seems too great, selling the property and redirecting your focus might be a relief despite the loss.

It waives nothing, but says you aren't going to be a pain and are only looking for major items.If you are losing to inspection waivers, you might not be looking at the right properties.

If it matters to any degree to retain this tenant, if listing for new tenant is a pain, I'd simply call this guy up, I'd be upfront and ask him about all this.
