I have clients running midterm rentals in these areasWest side - Lakewood, Ohio City, Detroit ShorewayEast side - near Cleveland Clinic, Shaker Heights, University Heights

West Valley cities like Buckeye and Avondale, East Valley spots like Apache Junction and Mesa, or growing areas like Casa Grande and Maricopa are worth exploring.

Most cities don’t want a mobile home park in their city limits because the tenants take more money out of the tax system than they contribute.

Akron ohio isn't the best city in america for short term rentals that's crazy. it's not in the top 50 and i'ts a very struggling ohio market. it's not even top 5 in ohio. 

Just thank your deity that you don’t live in a rent controlled city/state.

Maybe talk to the city and see what the process is.Now of course you don't know how things are going to play out.
