Sears, same story, go back some years and ask a "stock expert" the risks of investing in Sears and they'd laugh at you for such a "dumb question".....

You have many people who say midwest markets are now appreciation markets, but I disagree with that statement.

I would definitely focus on market growth oppose to finding a cheap property.
