So, if you can find that happiness already along the way, then you only need to make enough money to pay for your needs, because you're already ahead of those who are still doing things to get money.Basically, I might have a short attention span and have to constantly find new ways to stimulate my brain - lol.

He sees this, as with any market shift, in that main street is wanting in on commercial real estate deals, and there is more money chasing deals than good deals to be had.His take aways were in the creative structures:Sponsor offering a No Fee, No Carry, No Pref deal, 100% of cash flow goes to LPs, BUT GP gets a 6% stake in deal as an LP.Sponsor offering a no Pref deal, with a smaller carry, but comes in from day 1.And as @Roni Elias mentioned, there are a lot of options out there.
