There was a real estate weekend class in Knoxville 6 months ago and right after that I got maybe 50 to 100 letters a week. 

Or is it better to go into smaller markets like Augusta, Knoxville, places like that? 

-Searching for more two bedroom units, preferably Multi-Family that is right off of an exit preferably in Knoxville.
