I served a 10 day notice to quit and immediately started getting complaints from the son about issues that have allegedly been neglected at the house.

In CT, the assessed value is 70% of the alleged Fair Market Value of a property.

An order from a Federal bankruptcy judge would trump any state law and absolutely would stop the sale or reverse it if it was allowed to proceed.As for the junior liens, I can't imagine the lien holders not petitioning the courts alleging fraud in the transaction.

From my short experience in the insurance industry (5 years), we had a guy that hit some one while drunk (2nd (alleged) DWI accident), another fell asleep at the wheel and hit some one head on, some one hit a full school bus that sent everyone to the hospital, some one flip a car and a passenger fell out of the sun roof and the car landed on them.

The author lost me when he wrote, "In fact, some allege that the U.S. wants to protect this [currency] status so badly that it invaded Iraq because the country began selling oil in euros instead of dollars."
