Here is how I reached this decision based on my needs:------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Buildium - met my requirements for: good look and feel (user interface simplicity), price ($40/mo), cloud-based, work order module, good accounting options, photo and document uploading (leases, receipts), mobile app, allows per owner or per property or per portfolio views of financials, syndication to online rental sites (Zillow, Trulia), and some type of web site automation.  

I like the interface better than the free cloud-based systems.

OR Yes you can use paypal directly without an interface but it is easier for your tenants to have the site and have their own accounts.

Stuck with RentecDirect as I thought the interface was more user friendly.

We tried hostaway and liked the interface app but absolutely had glitches and did not perform as excepted.

Our plumber had to interface our inner sewer line to just beyond the basement wall.

I'm new to BP and can't quite even figure out this interface yet, sorry.

Lots of great features and integrates with my websites and had a direct interface with Gmail and Linkedin.
