The Sleeze factor is in on public post he walked back accusations, then messaged me and not only reasserted accusation but states many are messaging him in the same, and then lays out several fingering accusations of serious nature against Mr James Wise and his operation.

It's a shame when someone falls flat on their face, "forgets" to pay the IRS and then needs to search for money and scape goats and starts to point fingers but it's part of the lovely open forums and social media we all have access to so do your own due diligence.  

Invest the profit into the stock market and get 6-10% return on my money without lifting a finger but taking on the additional tax burden of the profits?

We just invested in RAD REIT today, fingers crossed. 

I grew up in the finger lakes and am intrigued by the price point, but concerned/unsure about the local economy.
