We are both in the film industry therefore work isn't like typical consistent employment, so we also have had jobs to fill in the gaps for cash flow.

- since they rekeyed everything to match, delays due to PBS losing keys are less of an issue - they can just borrow keys from another tenant - the leasing manager was very helpful getting our filming equipment and giant barrel of lube into this AirBNB- their maintenance department finally got their drivers license back.

@Eric Stafford I haven’t used anyone for anything like this yet, myself.However, a couple of years back we had a presenter at RIREIG on the topic, Ryan Casey of Skyward Film on “using advanced photography to market your properties.”I recall it being a decent presentation and being fairly impressed at the possibilities so I’d say that would be one place to start.
