There are a bunch of good choices IMHO.We don't have leather but all our surfaces are super durable because they are higher end sofas and chairs.The 3 main couches are a pair of Basset and a La-Z-Boy.

Toss some mixture in the canister for guests to have choices!

The choice depends on individual financial goals and 5-10-year goals.

That’s always going to win in the end as to coming out ahead as long as you make smart financial investments (such as maintaining control of your own investments, and making smart choices on properties that cash flow, etc).

As for being an investor, you listed large companies that you say were not good investment choices.

However, I agree with most of you that half the time was spent on pitching their $40k program is the way to financial freedom and your only choice to attain your goal etc.
