If you are super-confident these are solid LEADS and not just prospects, check out the cost of a messenger service to deliver your envelopes - here in my area I can get them sent same day within 4hr delivery for less than fedex next day.

Be confident in your delivery, At the end that may be the first No of many, you will receive.

The only difference you could see would be delivery time by a couple days, first class mail by a company mailing from the same city its being delivered to will take 1-2 days whereas that same mail coming from out of state will take 2-5 days. 

Be aware of those that talk the talk but can’t deliver.

But the multiple deliveries of new MF in the area caused a temporary spike to 10.3% that was then suppressed back down to 8% by what I would assume was the direct cause of the floods.

A few more are doing similar things but I never invested with them so I only see current offerings if there are any.However, I don't put much value in the  online delivery of documents.

The newest property I purchased has the Master account listed as Commercial instead of residential, and the delivery charges are triple what they are on the residential accounts.
