Starting with 0 reviews can definitely feel challenging, but I wouldn’t say beating the competition solely on price is the only or best way to gain traction.

I personally focus more on appreciation, but if I wanted more cash flow I would definitely go to a fringe area and buy a new build rather than going to an older area and buying a cheaper property.

They definitely are not the cheapest but often you get what you pay for in my experience.

Just got the agreement and it's definitely a wholesale because part of it is about a 3rd party buyer.

Btw I love PR and definitely going back.

We even had to do a lease back to them while the carport situation was being finalized.There is definitely some luck involved with every deal, but I think as investors we can create our own luck as well based on knowledge and experience.  

@Aristotle KumpisI would definitely advise you to look into hard money lending options if you're looking to buy with little to no money down.

They are definitely not on your side if you are trying to work around them.
