With the limited access in Yardi, you won't be able to adjust account trees and create multiple customized financial statements. 

And I think we still have some headroom with rates as we build reviews.  

You can also hire a real estate attorney off of UpWork or Fiverr to review the documents and give you an opinion just to be sure.

I also like to check reviews on platforms like Yelp, Google, or even Angi (formerly Angie’s List).

I recently used it to generate custom images for my STR coaching Powerpoint material. 

So yeah, my experience has been outstanding and they customer service has been exemplary.

I do most of the putting out fires, hiring handyman, bribing people to not leave a bad review because they saw dust on a ceiling fan blade (lol).
