In most areas within 50 miles of the Ocean a foreigner (those without Mexican citizenship or passport) ie: me, cannot generally own 'title' to the land beneath the home they own.

Seems like provisions have been discussed for dual citizens or people with legal residency even if they have citizenship in some of these countries.
