I served 5 years in the Navy working in military medicine prior to moving to Pittsburgh.

A couple of the podcast guests that have really inspired me so far are Arthur Garcia and Mehran Kamari.My interests are training Brazilian jiu jitsu, traveling, basketball, MMA, health and fitness; The Joe Rogan Experience, The Fighter and the Kid, and BiggerPockets podcasts!

He is a Navy Officer in the Jacksonville FL area and I have known him for 20+ years.  

So in 2011 I got out of the navy and went to a trade school to learn how to work on cars since I wanted to open up my own shop in a couple years after working in the industry.

We are real estate investors and brokers dealing mainly in the Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra, India area.We specialise in bulk deals with builders and generally buy out 30 - 50% of the project and then resell the flats.Have been in the business for the last 8 years.

I am a recent honorably discharged vet (Navy) and I work a 6pm-6am 12 hour shift w-2 job. 

I was in the Navy and had a lot of apartments and roommates, and even roomed with married people, and it was not easy.

I'm retired from the Navy and own my own lawn care and landscaping company,  interested in learning all aspects of flipping homes .
