The kids have to park on the lawn, so it looks like the ghetto and you can't even get out of your driveway, to much traffic.

I may have to get a variance for the existing dwelling unit's parking requirement, but I believe I meet all the SB-9 requirements.

I own a 6BR short-term rental in Estes Park, Colorado, which generates a lot of laundry—especially because we use high-quality linens.

Personally, I've had success in Linden, Southern Orchards, South of Main, Driving Park, and Franklinton to name a few neighborhoods in Columbus.

@Ryan Bray I would seriously consider changing lenders at this point. 

Major issues are lack of parking, lack of elevators, leading to numerous unlived in units.  

It's thorough, easy to use and easy to modify so you can include your own special terms such as quiet hours, how trash service will be handled, parking, and anything else that is specific to your property. 

In hindsight I wish I could have parked my capital somewhere besides cash in the interim, and I'd like to avoid making the same mistake twice.
