He says he has an attorney on staff but this is not true.

Sorry for the late response, I am not very active on BP.All you need is an CPA/Attorney to manage your LLC, I went through this route of registering a wyoming LLC and paying high price until I found a local attorney who does all the that with the same protection by naming the organizer and registered agent with the attorney details in your articles of organization, at the same time you will need more specific details in your operating agreement pertaining to your local state laws or you can as well use wyoming agent. 

suggest you find a different attorney firm to work with...they'll take a cut, but worth it.

After you chose a city/state I would recommend building your CORE 4 which includes finding a strong investor-friendly agent to help you find a contractor, property manager, and attorney

They will match effort for effort jumping on seller calls and helping you close deals, walk you through contracts, make connections to attorneys, etc.  

If you're going to do it alone, make sure you your due diligence: estoppels, inspection, review, consult with a local attorney familiar with the local regulations, etc. and good luck.

(Probably same in attorney state but I have no experience there.)it will make inspection problematic.

If you talked to attorneys, why aren't you hiring them and following their advice? 

@Victor YangWhy are you not reaching out to a NC real estate attorney to draw up a document that spells out the agreement that you are looking to do with the tenant?

@Alba Cheung if this attorney doesn't complete the eviction look at the dockets and see what attorneys commonly handle evictions in you area.
