Warning TMI and or ranting… I appreciate you guys.

I should have recognized that the repetitive closing throughout and,heightened approximately in the  last 30 minutes of their 2 hour pitch should have been a major warning signal but I ignored it.

Baltimore, Detroit have very low cost per housing units and anything less than 200k I warn people to stay away from.

He had a HUGE red flag warning and just kept motoring on and now is acting shocked the tenant continued to screw him over

I warn all tenants who give me whatever story on why rent is late or going to be late, that they will be getting a POQ notice on the 3rd day and a late fee on the 5th, I don't care if it's because their employer burned down or thieves stole all their money or their grandma needed an emergency appendectomy.

I keep an eye on the forecast and warn guests about inbound weather, even offering that they can come a day early if the house is available. 

They change pricing for all future dates with no warning--at sign up.

The one warning that I would provide is that it is death by a thousand cuts getting a property to market.
