So I just rcvd a rental application from Zillow and the credit score is showing 714 which sounds good...

We just fixed up the house and have it on zillow with several applications in 24 hours. 

It's like playing the couponing game and a store gives you money at the check out.

The advice is downright bad; not applicable to the average Billy & Barbara, some signs of bragging among other concerns.

You're losing money, technically, storing it in the HYSA too.

Some carriers don't ask but you should make sure that you're not indicating (in the policy application that is typically e-signed) that you aren't using your property for student housing if you are.  

Go to a thrift store and see what they have.
