If it's calculating ROI, for example, then I can imagine a scenario where you might need to provide an initial guess of a purchase price, and would then have to iteratively adjust the purchase price up or down to get to the exact investment return you need.

After several iterations of this strategy, I would spend the time I used to spend on a job on networking with other RE investors and learn enough about syndication to buy into an apartment complex syndication.That's what I think would do *IF* I had $500k to invest in RE.

that quick is super fast and I doubt he can deliver on that at face value; unless this is a small agile community bank. if you got a lot of alternate income from other sources, then a local small (very small) bank might have some good ideas for you, try it with them.

What happened to me here is greatly credited to the Chicago real estate market and I’d like to re-iterate that I am grateful to have been in my place playing this game.I bought a 1-bedroom condominium in North Chicago at the beginning of 2017 and with the help of my broker and his team, I was able to find tenants within two weeks of closing on the condo.
