window screen

Jermaine here window screens are not as expensive as most people think Lowes and Home Depot have screen kits that are pretty cheap that you can put together in about 20 to 30 minutes depending on the size of the window,in my opinion a house or apartment with screens on the windows looks aesthetically better and replacing all your screens is definitely cheaper than a tenant turnover

It will be really important for my first contact via mail to set the right tone and leave an imprint in their mind to remember me when the time comes to sell their home. When you say high impact design, are you referring to the general aesthetics of the postcard and the look of it?

Evidently just some repair for the roof...still trying to figure out the range/ microwave issue...I do agree there needs to be a venting mechanism in place and it appears that " someone "did not install a new microwave correctly....Id like to swap out the carpet for a nice scraped wood laminate....a nice new coat of paint..some other aesthetic and cosmetic upgrades to really make it stand out!

And they'd have great potential - if they were someplace else. The potential that you want to train yourself to look at is not the aesthetic or creative potential but the financial potential based on well researched and verifiable assumptions.
