I get so many single women with multiple kids.

Some women frown on that. 

And of course I am sure Grant is getting a slice just like any other pitchman/women gets a slice for advertising Nike's or whatever or second labelling wine.. 

I'd love to reach young women like myself, blue-collar and minimum wage workers, single parents...the type of folks I grew up around in NE Ohio. 

I'm not much for coming down on "loose women," not with all the things I've done in my life.

There is terrific group in Irvine called Women's invest group that meets once a month.

I think most women in the relationship have a big say in where to live and if they aren't pleased with living next to a prison I think it may be hard for you to get it rented, especially once she sees the other boarded up houses and area.Very opinionated answer but I believe it comes down to the demand of renters in that specific area and how it will be in the future.

Three young adult men sharing one bathroom is much easier than 3 young adult women would be!
