Every day I wake up to look at Google News and there is at least one article about Foreclosure, or Fixed Income Tenant can't stay where they have been from before the Covid or the Widow who has lived in the 2/1 house for 50 years cannot pay the increases in Property Tax, Home Owner's Insurance, Lights, Water and everything else.

You're jumping into a pool doing the doggy-paddle and there could be an olympian in the next lane. 

Up to this point we've managed it on our own, but we are entering waters we don't fully understand how to manage. 

Locals were saying this is becoming a more common occurrence, and not good if the tourists can't go in the water.

A few things they mentioned were solar partners, pool company partners, roofing partners, etc.

I would strongly recommend having a real estate-focused accountant look at your situation and prepare your taxes for you, as you are now treading into complicated waters where you can get yourself into trouble if your not careful!  

Is there a new water service copper line or an old lead water line ?
