However, if you're strictly looking for water efficiency, their is a prioritized order to tackle things - I'm probably stating the obvious.Toilets use the most water  - there are numerous technologies to help out with toilets.I wouldn't want to see you address dishwashers until you added one of the many inexpensive water saving devices to your toilets.

The way I see it is, while your taxes are relatively basic, you own one or two properties, and you have more time than money this is something you could tackle yourself.
