I used to send a VERY simple---just a bold title & a few bullet points WITH a hand written short sentence on it.

I will say this I question someones intelligence when they cannot put together a sentence without proper punctuation and grammar.

My advice to you is to start posting because we can all see that you are capable of typing and sentences together.

When I do a "copy and paste" in Google Chrome, the sentences become separated.If I do the same in Firefox, the sentences are not separated. 

The only route for income from this deal is if you can call it self-employment income and therefore use it to make new contributions.That hinges on my last sentence, defining the nature of the income from this property.
