I know in the beginning I will be with them to get comfortable with the routine of things but I know you have to have a certain amoutn of hours and experince so will I alaways have to be with another agent?

When the appraisal comes in short Fannie routinely will amend (based on my personal experience and observed others in my community) to the appraised value (within reason-- less than 10 percent reduction).
