This is a practice that not only saves time but protects sensitive information.  

Some brokers / investors are selfish, for a lack of a more sensitive word, in that they don't want to share commission yet they can't find their own buyers and usually seek the assistance of a wholesaler or birddog to locate the buyer and they don't want to pay the birddog either.

Some people might be sensitive to that.Is my premise that there is something more that can be done flawed because all women are totally comfortable joining these groups? 

If she can get a restraining order against him then perhaps that's a possibility, but otherwise I doubt it.

They are highly sensitized, bordering on paranoid, overwhelmed, stressed to the max and most have shut down and are burying their heads in the sand waiting for it to get better or fix itself.

All cash purchases are better for time-sensitive transactions but in most cases you're not going to get some steep discount just because you buy in cash.

If your attorney is correct, then he knows that he can get a restraining order from the BK judge restraining the implementation of the contents of the letter that you recieved.If your attorney has not already gotten this started, then I would check into a new attorney because I would also have expected him to have listed the house as a protected item in the BK proceedings and therefore it would not have been sold at any auction.
