,I think my point was a little misunderstood.

They just irrationally and reflexively recoil at the words rent control, like the word socialism.The biggest and most famous rent control city, Nyc, has the biggest, largest number of mega rich landlords. 

What happens in these misunderstandings is that something goes wrong either in the sale or after, and then they sue you for some statement you made that they “misunderstood”.

I got into this habit by attempting to contact celebrities and famous business people for advice.What is it costing you—financially, emotionally, and physically—to postpone action?

They went after them because they were famous with deep pockets.  

The "handyman friend"  may have misunderstood what you were wanting to have done and than maybe not.  

Either you misunderstood or you are not explaining this correctly.

Odds are you need practice ;) There are people making money in blogging, but there also people who make 30k a month being instagram famous.
