Hi guys,I currently live in Reseda, CA (in Los Angeles county) in my first home and I want to build a shipping container home ADU in my backyard as well as a side project of enclosing my garage which is currently a carport.

Let's say you are looking for a home in a middle class area that offers good schools, transportation to the city and low crime.

Also, either Brandon Turner or David Greene on the BP podcast has mentioned looking for a house with an enclosed porch or sunroom to convert into another bedroom. 

Then they either drop the contract in the contract drop box at the Unmanned Office, or they use the enclosed addressed envelope and mail.8. 

I wonder about trucking/transport/shipping now, because this appears to be a weak link in the big picture equation.

Lots of accessible public transportation to the city from each area. 

I want proximity to public transportation, at least average schools, and good cash flow.

When looking for rentals, I look in areas with middle class people, close proximity to public transportation, schools/colleges, new commercial development, and also what does the city have planned for the area over the next 5, 10, 20 yrs.

So those urban core assets where elevators and other enclosed and high-density spaces are prevalent might make some uncomfortable and result in less demand.I'm actually optimistic about COVID _not_ affecting the decades long trend of population migration to urban cores, but maybe I'm being naive.
