I have two distinct questions for the group - I've searched the threads but haven't found much on these particular circumstances:1.

This is a distinction from those that value greed above all else, and those types abound here as well.Yet I must point out that my actions are self-serving.

Investment real estate is often a separate class, very distinct from homebuyers. 

Otherwise you have nothing to cover damages.I make my pet deposit/fee (I didn’t know the distinction) $250 per pet, of which $100 is refundable to give them incentive to monitor their pet.

I'm wondering if wholesaling land deals is particularly common, and if so, if there are any notable distinctions between wholesaling land and wholesaling a traditional residential or commercial property? 

The fact that he was unable to see the distinction between giving your SS# for a loan and using a part of it for my client ID ticked me off. 

Anyway just was a little amused at your thought of a realtor and a wholesaler being distinctly different when in fact they are exactly a like only the wholesaler has a much smaller amount of inventory to work with.

I look at it this way.. you have 2 distinct things going on here.. you have those that have a different chosen field / JOB  other than anything to do with real estate but feel rentals or some type of cash flow real estate is their goal to become independent of owning their own business or working for someone else.. 

So just think about it, any strategy taken by them has a distinct/significant advantage, mathematically/statistically/logistically over anything that the USA can possibly achieve in the realm of sequestering/mitigating/testing 300+ million.
