I personally like the smaller houses for these programs where you can get a nice single person who is retired or disabled or works but needs a little help.  

I read somewhere that work history doesn’t come into play as much with disabled vets.

They are all liars.In also automatically eliminated anyone on welfare or government disability, they all have deplorable scores and I have learned a terrible attitude toward authority.

Talk about what happens if one of you gets run over by a bus tomorrow - whether that results in a disability or death.

Hello Clarence, You can potentially have 2 FHA loan simultaneously with some exceptions (buying for elderly parents whom could not otherwise afford a home on their own or for a child who is disabled).

I don’t work because I am disabled, and where I live has a lot of multi family houses for sale that average around $15k-$20k/unit.

Then I moved to a program primarily for young men with developmental disabilities but highly functional, like working at Home Depot and Fed Ex who had some criminal histories so had to be supervised, now I’m at a transitional housing facility.

Hello my name is John and I have recently been sold to another loan servicing and I was given a HAMP modification through the loan servicing that sold my mortgage to the one I have now and I wasn't told at the time of the HAMP modification and its caused me to be in violation with HUD and I have a partial ppayment to HUD and wasn't aware of what my loan modification would distroy my life because if they had told me it would be in violation of HUD I wouldn't have ever taken it now I am still here in my home and I am disabled and cannot keep the upkeep on the property and really need to move but I feel that my mortgage server did not protect me under there policy, is there a way to get HUD to forgive this parcial payback because I was wronged by the loan servicing and also they never applied any of the HAMP incentive acurence in the four years I was with them, please please help me...

I am a newbie disabled veteran, have heard few things wish to clarify, was told that VA REHAB Loans are difficult due to  not too many lenders not doing them or contractors not wanting to work with VA REHAB LOANS because of different issues not sure what these issues are, can you share what experience you have had with va rehab loans the good, bad, ugly about va rehab loanFHA 203K rehab loans, are you better off with these rehab loan then a va rehab loan if so why, what are pros / cons of fha 203k loans
