I loved Cozy but I do not like Apartments.com.I am looking for a Software that can set the tenants up for automatic rent payments like Cozy did.Thank you!

I like: AppFolio, Rentometer, and Cozy.

I've used Cozy for a couple years.

If you don't make sure everything is spelled out just right, you could have heirs coming after you, which would make that cozy new home not so cozy real quick.Now....if she has literally no one in her life that could benefit from this property then the heir issue might not be a problem, but she should still have representation as it sounds like she may not necessarily be making decisions in her own best interests, and I'm sure no one wants to take advantage of an old woman, elderly-abuse laws or no.Sounds like a great opportunity, just make sure you're staying on the right side of the law and your own ethics.Good luck!

From what I can tell it used to be Cozy but it sounds like some are disappointed with the transition to Apartments.com.

From cozy cabins nestled in the woods to spacious lakefront homes, investors can find properties that appeal to families, couples, and solo travelers alike.

The way I see it you can do everything in Cozy for free that those offer.

@Ensel Moore check out some PM software like rentredi, tenant cloud, cozy, and etc...
