My approach from the start is it's a game of statics and I'm proving them all wrong now. 

Because location is static here, you either have an issue with price or condition.

I'm a newbie looking to find specific information on permits/ordinances/builders in the area for this type of property, and have been contemplating THOW vs a static tiny house.

I can say that getting rid of my first (unscreened) tenant cost about $2k to get rid of, and I eliminated similar tenant prospects this fall, due to info from MSM (they "forgot" to mention some brushes with the law.

This may or may not spread to other states but its good to brush up on your local laws to stay informed and up to date legally.  

Seems a bit of a broad-brush approach to write off the entire zip code, especially when you can't put easily categorize the types of homes in the area. 

Too many people just brush off this idea, well let me tell you, the agents are getting tired of us helping sellers and making a killing so they're running to the big bosses and trying to stop it all, one day assignments may be illegal everywhere unless you're an agent, so in case that day comes be ready.
