I Had a contractor leave the back door open, someone came in and took a roto-zip and couple of other tools. when I was showing the potential tenants the mini barn I found the tools in their, someone had a conscience and brought them back.

@Jonathan SantiagoThe place I work uses a combination of a mini split and a furnace but I think the combination of the mini split with the baseboard would be the cheapest, easiest way to go for you, the investor.

The biggest problem I see with houses is some investors buying into a market because it is HOT, HOT, HOT.Areas that are booming too much can have a mini bubble.
