One bitcoin stock I own just split 91 to 1 so that whole world is a little nuts and just a speculation gamble currently.

However, it's no secret that EVERYWHERE that people like to live is at (or close to) an all time high price point in the cycle right now.You're in the gambling capital.

I am not a lawyer and you can gamble on semantics if you wish.

The money didn't come from our savings so it was ok to "gamble" with it. 

You are gambling and making assumptions on things you have no control over like interest rates, employment, etc..

The fancier and more complicated notes are more akin to gambling and are what have garnered the bad press in the past.

In the "best" markets you're going to have a lot more competition, people building lists, sending out mailers, etc. so it's easier for owner to write them off as snail mail spam.  

I know they have a 2yr redemption but as always folks like to gamble and roll the dice on them not redeeming.,..,...not that it matters this ain't my money.I need information on areas in Harrison County that are NOT A or B class.  

By the way, I gave OP ton of credit for keeping a clear head and see the location for what it really is...Lots of home owners could only see good with their locations...With newer business all moving up north, SJ downtown lost its window of opportunity, building tons of new property does not help...Eliminating the homeless problem would..In my view, Jury is already out on SJ downtown.... jury is not yet out on East Palo Alto... but again that is a big gamble that I would use my own money on..

You could take a gamble and hope they don't come calling, but I'm not sure if your lender will be kind enough to simply say "Put the title back in your name please" or "We're calling the loan due immediately and expect payment in full".
