Still not a bad way to drip some income in to your pockets, but depending on your long term goals, the commercial unit may be best suited for resale to open up more capital for other investments.Of course, all of this is generic info and isn't specific to any property.

Around here, we have a couple of manufacturers of generic thermal pane windows and can buy them cheaper than Lowes.It's not rocket science installing them, and we found someone to remove the old windows, haul them away, and install the thermal panes for $50 a window, about half of what some others wanted.One caveat, I had an energy consultant with our local utility company come out and do an energy audit, and he said if you've already got serviceable windows it's not cost-effective to upgrade to more than storms - and this is on my new personal residence.

(Ratio utility billing service) I know both AppFolio and PropertyBoss have this option integrated into their software, however Appfolio is too expensive at $200 a month and PropertyBoss seems like a generic computer based software that is not cloud based.
