Hey BP community, I've gotten extremely lucky over the past year or two in the crypto space and am looking to diversify my portfolio into more "real" assets.

With higher interest rates I can't see the demand staying high...combine that with some layoffs, people not working from home, credit increasing, savings decreasing, these retail investors taking a huge L in the stock market/crypto and the demand has got to dry up a good bit, or a lot bit in some "overpriced markets" - florida, smokies, austin, bay area etc. 

Just remember, as the say in crypto..."

I believe the economy isn't great forward looking so with my financial situation, I'm extremely satisfied to sell and hold that money/use it for making an Airbnb at my current residence's basement in Asheville... and dare I say, buy crypto soon :P Wish me luck.

Streamline it. 

Lawfully, under H1B, an individual can passively earn income from various types of investments be it crypto, stocks, car sharing, silent investor etc.

Even 10 properties is a headache trying to streamline everything and reduce risk.
