I am wondering if anyone knows of a raw land wholesaler who deals in the Palmer/Wasilla area?

Look at actual numbers (raw data) for your area. 

What I can bring to the table is someone who is eager to find good deals, someone who is always looking at the raw number s to figure out what deals just don't make sense, and someone who is eager to yield myself, and my partner, a successful return. 

If this signals a major downturn in the price for raw land, home prices here could plummet.

That is not acceptable when you have raw sewage sitting on someone's bathroom floor.  

ITs an inventory issue as much as anything.. also raw materials and wages have increased build costs..

For .12 acres of raw land after tear down and scrape costs this seems severely overpriced.You are focusing on the small purchase price and not the use ability or the potential of the land.
