A couple of post by some kids...or adults pretending to be kids.....and people want to overreact and start some age policy?

So I thought of an anology I could provide that would go something like this: "Ma'am, that's very true, we do make offers that are below market value, but let's pretend for a second you are in the market to buy a car.

Lovely. 2) I had the owner's roomate call me, extremely high, pretend to be the owner and try to sell me the house THAT NIGHT.

I know this was easy when we were talking about baseball cards but lets continue,The FHA loan alone would kill any argument you can pretend to have about the real estate market being a free market!

Also if I don't know, I don't pretend to, and I'll stick to my statements because they are based in fact, whether some other joker says it isn't so or not.

Airbnb, like the Ubers, GrubHubs, and other VC backed imposters pretending to have a business model simply used the same play of pouring cheap money into flashy marketing and lofty, if empty, claims about changing the world. 

But it seems to me that managing your IRA assets and pretending that someone else manages them is a bad idea.

Pretend you close and give them some time, what if they dont leave?
