I currently have a triplex under contract well below appraisal value but I am reluctant to close on it because it was built in 1920 and eventually wiring(knob and tube) and some plumbing will need to be replaced.

It kind of reminds me of those that watch some u tube on buying foreclosures get all cranked up waste a year and never get one because the prop they hone in on never actually sells.. people go BK it redeems or they get out bid.. 

Knob & tube is the most common wiring in older homes in my area--very typical.

You can learn many things on you tube. 

There are quite a few websites and You Tube channels dedicated to self storage if you search for themI did some investigating a few years ago, but didn't follow through as the issue in my area is most of them are 2+ million dollar properties and the big players are buying up all the mom and pop smaller places, so its very hard to compete.

I would rather spend 10 minutes wrestling/ playing a game than watch the tube for 2 hours together in the same room.
