I have been a long time lurker on this forum.I finally decided it was the right time to take the plunge into Real Estate Investing.My Fiancee is a full-time Real Estate agent as am I, but I haven't placed my license with a brokerage.

I only recently took the definitive plunge by acquiring two four-plexes.  

I've been interested in investing for a long time, and have read a couple books but haven't yet taken the plunge of actually purchasing a property. 

@Leigh Ann Smith From all the buzz about tiny homes- I imagine there are folks who are curious- but not enough to take the plunge themselves.

At the moment I enjoy my career, but am hoping to take the plunge into real estate investing sometime this year.

I mostly focus on sfh to 4plex's, but suspect there are opportunities in condos since so many people are scared of them.I spent five years researching investment property before making the plunge...I wish I hadn't allowed myself to be talked out of it when I was younger.
