Mike Personally I think you are splitting hairs when deciding between the Cleveland and Akron markets. 

I get that a lot with clients who come from out west who are laser focused on each of our municipalities tax rate and current assessment not understanding that is "doesn't really matter.."

If any of the three are missing, you need a manager to realize the property’s potential.It’s not unlike any other DIY endeavor:  You can save a bundle doing your own nails, coloring your own hair, mowing your lawn, changing your car oil, and ironing all of your apparel.Most of our clients would rather watch paint dry than manage a rental.

Then after they move out you find dirty pet hair all over the place and wear and tear on the floors/walls that has to be repainted.

So needing a plumber, electrician, property manager, hair stylist, etc. we need to reach out locally. 

Often hotel/motel rooms are not wired separately, there may be 3-4 rooms on a circuit, so to convert that can be expensive and not converting it creates headaches....room 4 runs two hair dryers, blows the circuit for rooms 1-2-3-4.....breaker in a closet down the hall.
