@Adam L.you could sell it yourself and just pay for conveyancing fees and keep the 6% real estate fees there are plenty of online platforms that enable you to do this these day , you have just got to be able to stand your ground on what you’re willing to except price wise and not take low balling price offers to heart , which you will get .
