Apparently the water has high mineral content and PPM is above EPA guidelines for drinking water.Other than that - everything is better.

I am definitely looking to start house hacking and closing my first property before the end of this year.I'd love to connect and meet up for drinks or coffee or whatever.

Drink coffee first as there are no hand rails on the city wall and if you fall you probably are not going to make it home but definitely worth the risk. 5/5.

At the very least drinks are on me if we ever meet.The court findings were a good read.

After drinking that Kool-Aid realized I needed to die by 75 if I bought what they were selling. 

It took some personal sacrifice as i had to spend time away from my family, lots of saving (no $10/drinks at Santana Row with the boys), lots of hustling, weekend drives, self-management, investing in rough neighborhoods and a lot of failures for me to understand and appreciate where i am today.  

I did drink the DR koolaid earlier this year but quickly realized that his program is flawed.
