What are the advantages/disadvantages?  

The biggest disadvantage you have is your age and I'm assuming you look and act like a 20 year old too.

Ohio in general is a great place to invest, and each city has it's advantages and disadvantages.

@Cody Martini not sure what they have to do to change bylaws but if they try to restrict renting as a whole I would try to point out that is to everyones disadvantages.

The disadvantages I hear people say, in my opinion don’t hold that much weight.

May I encourage you to google and research the advantages and disadvantages on holding real estate in a S-Corp. 

In my opinion, there is no one perfect cash flow strategy because all of them have their disadvantages and advantages.
