I'm in a bit of a situation with a property I purchased in Fort Walton Beach, Florida back in 2007 before the oil spill and at the height of the housing crisis.

We would like to use a hard money lender, but with the current crisis it seems that they have stringent requirements at the moment.

In my opinion the US is not only facing an affordability crisis but also an accessibility crisis.

The housing crisis in the greater Boston area has shifted to NH as more people are working from home.

The identity crisis will be one of the hardest things to get over.

Should and when rates drop expect an even greater flurry of purchase activity, or worse should banks and the debt crisis spiral into a dollar death debt cycle you could see a huge move of money into real estate as it is the most efficient way to convert significant capital into tangible hard assets. 

I can realistically set aside that money for attorney fees whenever this pandemic and eviction crisis gets back to normal.

I converted 2 of my STRs luckily just before the crisis to LTR (no I didn't have any insider info, lol.
