All that would be displayed is a redacted DL for visual confirmation and a contact form for the selected LL, no defamation, no indication of whether or not they were evicted or didn't pay, just a simple 'Request Contact Info by Email' form (would contact the specific LL by the provided email at registration).A site like this would have to be heavily moderated for LL registration and a LL adding him/herself to a particular tenant as a previous reference.

See the wall that comes out from the right - simply extend it across to the left and put a door in it.It would look normal, visually, and then everyone could use that storage closet under the stairs - perfect place to store winter clothes and stuff, X-mas decorations, etc.A non-load-bearing partition wall with a door in it to the downstairs "bedroom" should be pretty cheap.

Most of the bids were not very specific in the type of finish materials they would use (I assume finish materials mean the "cosmetic" stuff the ADU renter would see visually such as tiles and flooring).
