Adverse possession is an attack on land and title.

I am ready to lay out a plan of attack to complete some wholesale deals.

It seems as thought my reply either came out the wrong way, you took it as a personal attack, or you want to prove that you're more of a r/e expert than I am by trying to put me on the spot. 

And, if you are in any way, "attacked" on this forum by some "vets" who figure you are mudding up the real estate industry, simply step over them and keep moving.

Rush is easy to attack as a wacko, as O'reilly , Calkin, and Glen Beck.

I've deleted four posts in this thread already that were personal attacks.

Look at comments, time on market, ARVs, etc and narrow it down to the few that have a chance for success and attack those.
